Terminal multiplexer and window manager in Go with BSP tiling, workspaces and agent state awareness for coding agents.
TUIOS (Terminal UI Operating System) is a modern terminal multiplexer and window manager written in Go on the Charm stack. It offers a vim-like modal interface with multiple terminal panes, workspaces, BSP tiling, kitty graphics protocol support and a command palette, all inside your existing terminal. A daemon keeps sessions alive, reaches sessions on other machines and lets coding agents running in panes report their state and message each other. Event-driven rendering keeps idle CPU usage near zero, and a guided tour compiled to WebAssembly lets you try it in the browser.
