Sorcerer is an open-source, native SwiftUI macOS app that simulates communities of AI characters around a hypothesis. Users write a 'what if' question, teach the world with a brief built from a GitHub repository, local folder, website or files, and summon characters with personalities, goals, relationships and memory. Rounds stream in live as a feed, world map or graph, and users can pause, inject events, interview a character or fork the world at any round. It ships no model of its own and instead drives the Claude CLI, ChatGPT's Codex CLI or local Ollama models you already use. A final report links each finding back to the posts behind it, and results are treated as hypotheses rather than evidence.
