About Relaticle
Relaticle is an AGPL-3.0 open-source CRM designed for teams that work alongside AI agents. It offers three interchangeable ways to work with the same customer data: a traditional web UI, a built-in AI assistant called Rela, and an MCP server exposing 37 tools plus a REST API for external agents such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and Gemini. Every path shares the same schema, permissions, and activity history, so nothing diverges depending on how a record was touched. The data model is highly customizable, with 22 field types including entity relationships, conditional visibility, and per-field encryption. Destructive agent actions are gated behind an explicit approval step with one-click undo, which keeps automated writes from silently corrupting the pipeline. Teams can run it as a managed cloud workspace or self-host it for free via Docker Compose, keeping all customer data on their own server.
